Shipping & Returns

Please remember we make to order. We will schedule the manufacture of your item(s) and get it/them dispatched within the next 10 working days.

You need to allow 14 working days for delivery. If you haven't received the item(s) by then, please contact us as the item(s) may have got lost in the post.

Overseas customers please allow 4 weeks from date of order before contacting us. All our overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail airmail and take an average of 14 days from dispatch to arrival.

Where an item(s) is returned as a result of a manufacturing error, we will refund the costs of the return. Items returned as a result of incorrect dimensions submitted or incorrect item(s) ordered will be for the account of the returnee.
